Policies and Procedures


CREDIT CARD ORDERS

Legdrag, Inc. accepts America Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime/nighttime phone numbers. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. In most cases, "virtual credit cards" cannot be verified. We do not recommend using a virtual credit card on your Legdrag orders.

If you regularly ship orders to an address other than your credit card billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and ask them to list the address as an alternate address on your account. Credit card companies are very willing to offer this service to you and it could mean less delays when placing your orders with Legdrag, Inc. and other companies. Please note that we cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved. We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred as a result of using a Debit Card for your purchases and/or return credit. When ordering with your credit card please, also have your credit card security code available. This code allows us to further verify your card. Credit card orders without a valid security code will be subject to processing delays and our normal shipment arrival estimations do not apply.

PAYPAL ORDERS
We do accept Paypal orders. They must be a confirmed address and be approved by Legdrag, Staff.

COD ORDERS
Sorry, We do not offer COD (collect on delivery) service.

PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept most institutional purchase orders (military, government, schools and universities). You can either FAX or mail your P.O. A simple application for purchase order customers must be filled out before we can process your order.

BACKORDERS
We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible, unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered. Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability may not be backordered. You may cancel your backorders at any time prior to the original order invoicing. Extra shipping costs may apply.

CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Legdrag. Inc. ships all over the world. While we do ship to most international destinations, we are unable to serve some countries at this time due to US law or credit card security reasons. Please note that some manufacturers will not honor warranty claims for customers outside of the USA and Canada (HPI, in particular).

RETURNING MERCHANDISE
Complete instructions for returning merchandise are printed on the back of your Legdrag,Inc. invoice. Please carefully read those instructions if you need to return an item. We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Legdrag, Inc. within 15 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee for qualified instock returns. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through an engine or carburetor(s), or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Legdrag,Inc. in any way. 20% restocking fee are applied on all special orders. Shipping fees will not be refunded and items must be shipped back at the customer's expense.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Defective merchandise must be notified with Legdrag, Inc. with in 72 hours.

DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call our Order Assistance line immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

CHARGE BACKS
When merchandise is purchased with a promotional discount based on the overall amount of the order, the discount may no longer apply once merchandise is returned. The result will be a charge back for the promotional discount. This can affect the credit given or be placed on your Legdrag account as a balance due.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RECENTLY PLACED ORDERS
If you have placed an order with Legdrag,Inc. recently and need some information about it there are two ways to contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order once it is placed. You may check on the status of recently placed orders on our web site. Once your order invoices it has entered our shipping process and cannot be changed or canceled.

SHIPPING
Legdrag, Inc. uses a variety of shippers. We reserve the right to choose the shipper. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for preferred shippers. Once the order has shipped, we must allow the shipper a reasonable time frame to deliver. We reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. Shippers reserve the right to request a signature. We cannot demand a shipper to leave a package. You may contact the shipper for instructions on available options. Once the package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. When using a forwarding company, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise after the forwarding company has accepted delivery. The forwarding company must report shipping damage for a claim to be filed. We are not responsible for delays in express delivery orders due to weather conditions and/or attempted deliveries. Export documentation will not be provided. For freighted orders you may choose your shipper. Your shipping company must pick up at our warehouse and must have proper ID and documents.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a personal watercraft. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether damage was actually due to mechanical or to operator error. All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale. Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from Legdrag,Inc is the responsibility of the seller, not Legdrag,Inc. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discounts. Also, please note that most items we offer are intended for use in the USA excluding California due to laws. International customers are responsible for know their country’s laws.

PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other LEGDRAG, Inc. publications are subject to change. Legdrag, Inc. maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Legdrag,Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 20 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
